TRAVEL || WHAT I PACKED TRIP TO THE NORTH

Olá a todos! Hoje vou mostrar o que levei para o norte.

Primeiro, antes de ir, fui ver a meteorologia e lá dizia que ia chover um pouco, o que acabou por não acontecer (yey para mim). A duração da viagem era suposto ser 7 dias mas voltámos 1 dia antes.

Enquanto planeava o que levar, tentei não ser aquele tipo de pessoas que arruma a vida toda na mala e vai de viagem (essas pessoas = eu), por isso tentei manter tudo muito simples e levar apenas o essencial. As cores que escolhi foram o preto, o cinzento, o branco e o azul.

Mas mesmo sendo a primeira vez que levei a mala um pouco mais leve, consegui não usar algumas peças!

Eu costumo ser daquelas pessoas que arruma tudo o que gosta e depois só no destino é que escolha os conjuntos. Bem, desta vez tive uma ideia dos conjuntos que iria usar para que não levasse coisas desnecessárias.

Hello there! Today I'm going to show you what I packed for my trip to the north of Portugal.

First, before going, I checked the weather, and it said that it was going to rain a bit, but actually it didn't rain once (yey for me!). The lenght of the trip was 7 days, but we decided to come home one day earlier.

While planning what to pack I was trying to not be those people who pack they life for just a week away (those people = me), so I tried to keep it simple, and pack only the essential clothes and shoes, and also make up and toiletries.

The colour palete was quite simple: black, grey, white and blue.

Eventhough this is the first time I packed this light, I still managed to not wear some clothes!

I was usualy the person packed everything I liked and just choose the outfits at the destination, but now I'm a changed person!! jkjk Well for this trip I tried to make some outfits before hand just to be sure I didn't miss anything or overpacked.

OOTD || ALGARVE 2

Hi everyone! This is the outfit I wore on the second day of my trip. Again, it's really confortable and casual. Lately, I have not been wearing my leather jacket, but good thing I brought it, I feel almost obligated to wear it because I don't have much choice around here haha

Olá a todos! Este foi o conjunto que vesti no segundo dia da minha visita. Tal como o look anterior, este também é muito casual e confortável. Ultimamente, não tenho usado muito o meu casaco de cabedal, mas ainda bem que o trouxe, porque assim não há muito mais por onde escolher haha

Packing || Algarve

As I promissed, here are the things that I brought with me on this four days trip. I brought casual clothes to be confortable in. In terms of makeup, I brought more things than what I will use as usual... But I forgot to bring makeup remover! Classic mistake...

I've always been an overpacker, I bring one thousand things for every trip. I always think "What if I need this?!", and I will never need it and end up never using it. However, this time was different, I tried to bring only the minimun and essencial items, so I could bring a bag without wheels, that is light and easy to carry.

Como prometi aqui estão as coisinhas que trouxe comigo nesta pequena visita de 4 dias.

São roupas muito descontraídas para andar por aqui à vontade. Em termos de maquilhagem, trouxe mais coisas do que vou usar, e esqueci-me do desmaquilhante, um erro crasso!

Sempre fui uma pessoa que traz mil e uma coisas para todas as viagens. Penso sempre "E se precisar disto?!", e acabo por trazer coisas que nunca vou usar. Desta vez tentei, trazer o mínimo e essencial, para conseguir trazer tudo numa mala sem rodas e que seja leve e fácil de transportar. Mesmo assim, até podia ter cortado numa coisa ou outra haha

OOTD || Algarve - 1st Day

Today I came to visit my grandparents in Algarve.

This is the 1st day outfit. I chose to wear something comfortable for traveling. Cars can be a bit uncomfortable, I always choose shoes that I can slip on and off and a cozy jacket to keep me warm.

It was so windy there, that my hair became a big mess!

Hoje vim ao Algarve passar uns dias com os meus avós. Este é o look que escolhi para o primeiro dia. Viajar em carros pode ser um pouco desconfortável, decidi então usar uns sapatos confortáveis, que consigo calçar e descalçar facilmente e claro, um casaco quentinho.

Estava tanto vento que o meu cabelo ficou super despenteado!

No próximo post irei partilhar com vocês o que trouxe nesta viagem :)

EXPOSIÇÃO || GRAÇA MORAIS

Today I went to an exibithion of the painters Vieira da Silva, Arpad Szenes and Graça Morais.

Hoje fui a uma exposição dos pintores Vieira da Silva, Arpad Szenes and Graça Morais, na Fundação Arpad Szenes e Vieira da Silva, no jardim das Amoreiras. Apesar de não perceber muito de pintura, gostei principalmente das pintoras Vieira da Silva e Graça Morais. Os quadros da primeira são muito apelativos em termos de cores e formas, já os da segunda são macabros, pelo que entendi, retratam acontecimentos da vida real, como atentados terroristas e sequestros, são tão estranhos e tão bons ao mesmo tempo, que uma pessoa não consegue desviar o olhar.

In 21st April was my 18th birthday (I know I look like I have 15) and this is what I wore, a long blazer, a hoodie, high waisted jeans and a shirt, really simple.

And now to Lisbon... SO SO beautiful.

And now to food... we went to an Indian restaurant and it was really yammi but unfortunately I exaggerated in the entrees and I didn't eat much of the first course, sad face.
